Blockchain notarization is on our technical roadmap: the moment a key document — proof of delivery, reconciliation, e-signature — is created, its hash is anchored on-chain, ensuring it is tamper-evident after anchoring and admissible in court. The solution is ready and pending integration — only the hash goes on-chain, never waybill contents or customer data.
Proof-of-delivery Notarization
PODs, driver e-signatures and loading photos are hash-anchored the instant they're saved, so damage and 'never received' disputes have clear, verifiable evidence.
Tamper-proof Statements
When monthly-account customers confirm a statement online, it's anchored on-chain — the amount and the confirmation can't be denied later, ending 'I never confirmed / the amount is wrong' disputes.
Provable Audit Logs
Key-action audit logs are hash-anchored, proving to customers and investors that internal records are complete and untampered.
Solution ready · pending integration
Vendor selection and the integration path have been assessed (a compliant consortium-chain notarization service with court / notary verification channels); a thin integration layer with zero contact with billing or inventory — the only external prerequisite is corporate identity onboarding. To be clear: this is at the planning stage and is not yet anchoring on-chain.
Honesty statement: blockchain notarization is a roadmap item — the solution is ready and pending integration, not yet in production. We only call 'done' what is actually live.
