CEL's in-house corporate academy — focused on talent development, standards output, industry research, internal training, and external enablement. One of the few enterprise-built, practice-driven logistics training platforms in NW China.
If China Express Cloud Warehouse (CECW) is the company's "skeleton", CEL Academy is its "blood-making system and standards body". Internally it unifies standards, builds systems and replicates talent; externally it exports the CEL standard, enables the industry, and builds the brand.
Academy overview
CEL Cloud Academy — formally "CEL Cloud Academy Logistics Training & Education System" — was wholly developed by Shaanxi Zhongkuaiyun Logistics Co., Ltd., and received its certificate from the China National Copyright Protection Center in June 2019. China Express Logistics (CEL) Cloud Academy is the operating entity, guided by Beijing Hansen Business School, Shaanxi Logistics Society and Xi'an Logistics Engineering Society, registered with the Xi'an Administration for Market Regulation, qualified to provide science-popularisation services and to organise cultural exchange activities.
The Academy is a voluntary network of universities, research institutes, logistics & supply-chain enterprises and individuals engaged in logistics management, research, teaching and service across Shaanxi. It pools top-tier resources of the logistics community, connecting entrepreneurial and workplace thinking, enterprises and talent — a frontier-of-the-internet-era research body unifying "Industry, Academia, Research, Practice, Teaching, Innovation", building an innovative "China Internet culture + logistics" brand platform.
The Academy serves talent growth, worker care, enterprise development, project matching, and information sharing.
We don't do empty talk. We work from the front line — decades deep in logistics. 100 Universities Tour · Logistics Second Classroom
CEL Cloud Academy and Shaanxi Logistics Society jointly launched "Logistics Second Classroom" ("Second Classroom"). The inaugural session was held at the School of Economics & Management of Xi'an University of Science and Technology.
The session opened with university study planning and walked through the supply-chain curriculum, study & activity planning, and job-hunting skills — extending to new workplace, new commerce, new logistics, legal protection, and personal finance. Lively interaction triggered a brilliant "brainstorm".
