This disclaimer applies to the website of Shaanxi Zhongkuaiyun Logistics Co., Ltd. (www.zhongkuaiyun.com) and its pages, online tools and content.
It does not reduce any commitment made in our Terms of Service, in particular Section 4 (fees and settlement), Section 5 (declared value and compensation) and the Cargo Claims Standard. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to the customer prevails.
2. Use of information
Site content introduces our services and capabilities and does not constitute an offer. Actual engagements are governed by the signed transport / warehousing agreement, a quotation confirmed in writing by an account manager, or an order you submit here and we confirm.
3. Online quotes and estimators
- Online quotes are computed from the rate card published on this site. Published unit rates are our official external position, not estimates; if what you are charged differs, contact us and we will verify and correct it.
- Posted estimated arrival times are estimates (consistent with Article 3(1) of the E-Waybill Agreement); delays caused by force majeure, traffic control, severe weather or transfer congestion are handled under that agreement.
- Estimator results are indicative amounts derived from the weight, volume, cargo type and value-added options you enter. Actual freight follows our verified chargeable weight / volume, the value-added services actually rendered, and the final invoice; where verification differs, the verified figures apply.
- Cities not listed on the rate card, oversized or overweight cargo, dedicated-vehicle lanes and cross-border business are quoted separately.
4. Transit time information
- “Estimated arrival” means arrival at the destination branch by the stated time on day N after dispatch, assuming normal line-haul operations; it excludes extensions caused by holiday controls, weather, road conditions or regulatory measures.
- Transit times are governed by Section 3 of the Terms of Service and the agreement between the parties; force majeure extends them under that section.
- For same-day delivery, a dedicated vehicle can be arranged — contact us for a quote.
5. Branch and map information
Map points are city-level approximate coordinates shown to illustrate coverage. Transfer lanes and partner branches change with routing; please confirm the actual pickup / delivery branch and address with customer service.
6. AI-generated content
Some features (AI support, quote assistant, content summaries) are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. Such output may contain errors or omissions and does not constitute our commitment or written confirmation; for pricing, transit times, compensation and contractual terms, rely on the official pages of this site, a written quotation, or your account manager.
7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site and its online functions available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, network faults or force majeure may cause temporary interruption. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from such interruption; transport / warehousing services already entered into, and the compensation owed under them, are unaffected by this clause.
8. Third-party links and content
This site may link to third-party websites, official accounts, map services or payment channels. Such content and services are provided and operated by those third parties; we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Account and transaction safety
- Keep your credentials (mobile number, SMS code, password) secure; losses caused by your own failure to do so are handled under Section 2 of the Terms of Service.
- Verify payee accounts and waybill details only through official channels (this website, 400-836-3006, service@zhongkuaiyun.com). We will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account through any channel. If you suspect impersonation, contact customer service immediately.
