Zero-Incident Record Maintained Through H1 2023; Safety & Compliance Strengthened

H1 safety work continued across the workforce, with stronger driver-qualification checks, pre-departure vehicle inspections and in-warehouse operating standards.

SAFETY

Between January and June 2023, the China Express Logistics network — trunk, city distribution and in-warehouse combined — completed roughly 42,000 orders covering more than 8 million driven kilometres while maintaining a record of zero major accidents and zero responsibility accidents throughout. This is the fourth consecutive first half in which China Express Logistics has held a zero-accident record.

The three pillars of our safety system

  • Drivers: the required licence class is verified for each role, with regular safety training
  • Vehicles: positioning, journey-recording and speed-control equipment is configured to operating requirements, with tyres, brakes, lighting and fluids checked before departure
  • Operations: in-warehouse work follows formal SOPs; forklift, work-at-height and hazardous-chemical handling all require certified operators and a two-person supervision rule
