1. What information we collect
To provide ordering, waybill query and account management, China Express Logistics (CEL) may collect:
- Account info: phone number, password hash, optional email / nickname / company name
- Order info: shipper / consignee name, phone, address; cargo description and dimensions
- Identity verification: name and ID number you provide during real-name authentication
- Access logs: IP, browser type, pages visited, sign-in time (for security audit)
- AI conversations: the questions you type into the in-site assistant, the assistant's replies, and the IP address at submission (for abuse prevention and service improvement)
2. How we use information
We only use your information for:
- Completing logistics dispatch, delivery and customer service
- Account sign-in, password reset, security verification
- Fulfilling legal obligations to customs / police / regulators (real-name auth, sensitive item registration)
- Improving service quality (aggregated stats only, no single-user profiling)
3. Storage & protection
- Passwords: PBKDF2-SHA256 with 100,000 iterations and salt — never stored in plain text, not reversible
- Sessions: HMAC-SHA256 signed cookies, 30-day validity, HTTPS only, HttpOnly
- Database: all user data stored in self-managed data center; only authorized personnel can access
- HTTPS: site-wide TLS with Let's Encrypt certs, auto-renewed
- Audit trail: every DB read/write is logged; anomalies trigger automatic alerts
4. Your rights
Under China's Personal Information Protection Law you may at any time:
- Access your account info (sign in and go to "My Account" /me)
- Correct mistakes (via "Edit profile")
- Close your account (call 400-836-3006 or email service@zhongkuaiyun.com)
- Export a copy of your waybill data
5. Cookies
China Express Logistics (CEL) uses only essential cookies to maintain sign-in state (zky_session). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share your browsing data with any third party.
6. Third-party services
SMS verification is delivered via Tencent Cloud SMS (announced before integration). Map lookups use the Amap open API (jump on click only, no proactive reporting). The in-site AI assistant and smart order-fill use third-party AI large-model services, while document image recognition uses third-party OCR services. We transmit to these processors only what is necessary for the request at hand (the text you type and the document images you upload) — never your account credentials, password or ID number. They process such data solely on our instructions and for no other purpose.
