Almost without our noticing, "Library on Wheels" has arrived at its fourth stop.
Library on Wheels.
"One book, one heart, one dream" — the Shaan Radio News "Library on Wheels" charity initiative, with all of its volunteers, is bringing warmth to children once again. This time we step into Mingri Experimental Primary School in Anwu Town, Jingyang County, Xianyang City.
Mingri Experimental Primary School in Anwu Town, Jingyang County, is a privately run boarding school founded in 1988. At present 164 children study here, the majority of them from left-behind or single-parent families, some from families in poverty, and a number who were abandoned in early childhood.
Yet none of this can dampen the children's thirst for knowledge.
What gives us heart
Is that the number of caring individuals and companies in our society keeps growing, and our "Library on Wheels" team grows ever larger.
